Send it in for a bezel replacement. I had a lume plot fall out randomly within the first week of ownership. Replacement bezel has been going strong 1.5 years later with daily use. I’ve had this Pelagos since summer of 2020. The 11 marker on the bezel fell out about a year ago, and this week I lost the 55 marker. I’m planning on bringing it back to the AD .

Ugh! I just joined the notorious club of missing Pelagos bezel lume; my 5 minute marker. Honestly, I wouldn't have known if I hadn't shined a UV light on it. It looks white, but there's no lume. Perhaps the bottom of the marker is white, with the lume painted on top (which fell out of the recess)? I LOVE this watch.

Visited a Tudor boutique near me today. Extremely nice, knowledgeable and friendly salespersons. I would really recommend going in, best experience I've had at a boutique. However, when I was checking out the Pelagos, I noticed when looking at the indices closely (not with a loupe) the lume was applied unevenly and not totally filling the index.
Two lume markers fell out. Sent it through and AD back to Tudor for warranty work. 4 months later I finally get my watch back.. Bezel doesn’t feel quite right. Within 4 days the bezel falls off the watch. Send it back to the AD and they send it back to Tudor. Another 3 months goes by. Tudor mails my watch back to AD.

I have two lumes on mine fall off (photo shows missing on the 5th and 10th minute). The first one fell off a few months ago and the second one possibly just quite recent because I only noticed it lately. I have seen a number of posts about this issue. Just happened to my pelagos lhd. The markers for 5min and 55min fell out after 3 months of ownership. The AD I took it to said they had to sent it back to Tudor and that it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. The repair is also estimated to take at least 12 months.

I have an older 2 line Pelagos and it's missing some lume (see below). I bought the watch used and inquired at an AD about repair. Tudor (Rolex Service) was replacing or re-luming the bezels if the watch was within warranty.
The pip fell out of the bezel on my 2021 Pelagos after six months. I sent it back to Rolex at St James who eventually replaced the entire bezel FOC (there is some suggestion that there is an uprated item available now). A couple weeks ago a lume marker fell out of the bezel. So I took it to RSC NY and of course it was covered under warranty. Just shipped back to me and I noticed that the numbers on the dial look much smaller. I had asked a month or so ago about bezel lume markers falling out. I’m happy to say they have accepted the repair and will replace the bezel for free. Putting this information out there to help anyone else who searches online about this problem!
